Harbitz Torg is an urban construction project in central Oslo, Norway. The 11-storey office building is imbued with natural materials such as natural stone, oak panels, glass and metal. The whole building façade was designed and assembled by SGS premises in Sweden, then it was transported and mounted by the project site later. The building is built as a passive house and achieves BREEAM Excellent. The building is a multi-function premises which serve the community, a verity of activities takes place there; commercial shops, restaurants, schools, library, some of this activities is public services and operating under governmental supervision, and others are private owned.
